Our fun and engaging Mommy & Me class is for expecting moms & parents of children ages 0-23 months. This is an interactive, low impact dance class for PARENTS while wearing your child on your person. This atmosphere encourages your child to enjoy music, light bouncing, light spinning/turning and to mimic what mommy/daddy is doing. 

This is a brand new class that we are testing out this summer! We are starting with a Saturday morning class and if/when popularity grows, we will offer another class time on a week night. Come join us on Saturdays this summer! We tried to organize the schedule so you can participate in class while your toddler takes Just 2's!
